Dixie's Hope ran second on Churchill's Downs After Dark card last Friday only to be disqualified to third after impeding third place finisher CS Royce in the first turn.

Ready to run early, Dixie's Hope finally settled into fifth position about four wide going into the first turn.  She ducked into the rail and clipped heels with CS Royce midway through the turn.  Dixie's Hope closed to within 2 1/2 lengths of Flashy Song and Catnandu heading into the stretch.   She was no match for the winner, Catnandu, who pulled away to win by eight lengths.  CS Royce got up for third.  Flashy Song faded to fourth.
