Pocket Aces Racing's Pure Victory kicked off her racing career with a third place finish at Churchill Downs on Sunday afternoon.  Breaking from the seventh post, Pure Victory got out a step slow.  Traveling 5-wide throughout, she gradually gained ground and pulled even with eventual winner Demure Halo and runner-up Magik in the stretch but could not get by.  The final time for the 7-furlong event was 1:24.30.  Pure Victory went off at 25-1 and paid 5.60 to show.
