| This colt caught our eye while we were looking at a couple other horses going through before him. We followed him through the back ring, the back chutes and the walking ring. He never once turned a hair despite all the activity around him, indicative of a very good mind. The more we looked, the more we liked him. He is an exceptional mover and practically floats over the ground he’s so smooth.
The colt reminds us of our 2YO colt, Easy Wind (by Munnings, the sire of Jack Christopher). Both are handy sorts (not too big, not too small) that come to hand quickly. Easy Wind made it to the races in July (and won on debut). Assuming no setbacks, we can see this colt making his debut in the summer of 2026. The colt has plenty of size and strength and tracks well through all four limbs. He has a great frame as well. His shoulder angle should translate to a big stride and he has a powerful hip for thrust and speed. |
